Information You Submit
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider’s terms and privacy policy govern its processing. A message or email sent to the site may include a name, return address, and whatever details the sender chooses to provide. Messages are retained as needed to answer and are not shared outside the organization unless the law requires it.

These rights concern data held by this site; official Kent County, MDOC, court, or federal records must be addressed to their custodians.
